This is an open singles competition with no handicap allowance.  

The winner in each round and in the final is the first to reach 21 points.

NOVICE

This is an open competition with no handicap allowance and is open to all players who have not won a singles competition.

The winner in each round and in the final is the first to reach 21 points.

 

ROSE BOWL

This is an open singles competition with no handicap allowance.  

The winner in each round and in the final is the first to reach 21 points.

 

HANDICAP

This is an open singles competition with full handicap allowance for those players with less than five years experience, the handicap allowance to be added to the score card before start of play. The winner in each round and in the final is the first to reach 21 points.

 

For all the above competitions you will need four bowls

 

HANDICAP  ALLOWANCES

0 Points:  If bowling for 5 years or more

1 Point: Competition Committee Discretion

2 Points: Competition Committee Discretion

3 Points: Second year of bowling but not reached a final

4 Points: Novice in first full year of bowling
